Downtown Brunswick is a 2.5 hour drive from Boston on I-95 and I-295. From the south on I-295, use exit 28 (renamed from exit 22) or from the north, use exit 31 (renamed from exit 24).

Air travel to Brunswick is usually accomplished through Portland International Jetport, located about 30 minutes to the south.
